RESPONSIBLE CONDUCT OF GAMING ACTIVITIES
At Club Liverpool we strive to conduct our gaming activities in a responsible manner. As a result we have implemented the following policies.
- No minors (persons under 18) are permitted to play gaming machines or participate in TAB or Keno gambling.
- Employees will not extend credit, or offer to extend a cash advance or any other form of credit to any patron for the purpose of enabling the patron to gamble in the club.
- Clocks have been placed around the gaming floor and in the TAB so any patron may know the time. All clocks are set to within 5 minutes of the correct time.
- All payouts in excess of $2000 will be paid as follows. Up to $2000 in cash and the balance in a crossed cheque made payable to the player.
- No player of a gaming machine will be offered free or discounted alcohol as an enticement to engage in gaming activities.
- All poker machine service will be performed in a timely and professional manner.
- Signs are displayed in the entrances to the club; all gaming machines and ATMs have stickers. Stickers and signs provide information for problem gamblers wishing to seek help. Brochures are available at the change desk and throughout the gaming floor for those who need more information than is provided on the signs and stickers.
- Any patron may at their own request be excluded from taking part in gaming activities within the club. This is referred to as "Self-Exclusion". Any approach by a patron cannot be ignored; all information is treated seriously and confidentially.
