Responsible Service Of Alcohol
NO MORE IT'S THE LAW
At Club Liverpool we strive to provide a safe and secure environment for our patrons. Part of this is the principals of Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Under both Liquor Act 1982 and Registered Clubs Act 1975 it is an offence to permit intoxication on Licensed or Club Premises.
The following policy is designed to reduce alcohol related problems.
- No alcohol for minors (persons under 18). No alcohol will be served to or supplied to minors.
- No liquor promotions will be conducted which encourage binge drinking or intoxication or are aimed at either only men or women.
- No intoxicated patrons will be admitted to the club.
- If you have had enough to drink, are disruptive to other patrons or are violent you will be asked to leave.
